Why is tourism considered as a trade?




Tourism or travel industry can be considered as an exchange on the grounds that: it involves trade and buying/selling of goods. Goods can be described in terms of opportunity bundles, housing rents, modes of transport and camaraderie and so do societies trade and these trades take place in financial terms.
   The travel industry is known as a trade in the light of the following reasons. Over the long term the appearances of unfamiliar holidays have expanded. In 2010, 5.78 million unfamiliar travelers visited India. Did it contribute? 64,889 crore as unrecognized business in the year 2010. More than 15 million individuals are directly connected with the travel industry. It helps to carry forward Indian laborious work and other financial practices. The unfamiliar traveler visits India for business travel industry, travel industry experience, clinical travel industry experience, eco travel industry, travel industry legacy, and so on.
