(i) Science not Rule of Thumb: This principal is The most famous principal of Scientific management that given by Frederick Winslow Taylor the Father of scientific management .In this principal Taylor says about that In many years ago their is no any principals are their so the business firm can learn any thing from business environment when they fall in loss and then the firm’s manager able to handle that particular situation, But it means learn through mistakes.

   There for Frederick Winslow Taylor did many resource about scientific management and he said that Science not Rule of Thumb and after doing a work we can make plans for those situations that can harm our business.

(ii) Harmony, Not Discord: Managers in their firm wants to produce a lots of units from their employee to going to do this the employees are conflict about it.

    Fro this Taylor said that give them (Employees and the Managers) equal value in the firm, So develop such Groups equally, and realise that without a group it is not possible to achieve success.

(iii) Cooperation, Not Individualism: These principal is Explanation of second principle Harmony, Not Discord. we are for Business and Business is for us, that means a Company or a business organisation care their employees because the firm can run only for the employees hard work without a employ their is nothing, and equally the employer are thing about their firm’s progress through give their full support to this firm.

(iv) Development of Each and Every Person to His or Her Greatest Efficiency and Prosperity:
This principle involves development of each and every person to his/her greatest efficiency and prosperity. Development of workers requires training at the workplace to keep them fully fit according to requirement of new methods of working which may be different from the non-scientific methods.
