Define management?
Management is a process of planning, decision making, organizing, leading, motivating and controlling an organization's financial and physical human resources to achieve its goals efficiently and effectively. The word management describes its own meaning, as the word "management" is made up of two words management and mentoring which mean the art and science of managing resources. Setting up an internal environment on the board involves: - It is the administration that places the use of the various variables of creation. Accordingly, it is the duty of the officers to create such conditions which are conducive to great efforts so that individuals can do their work efficiently and actually. These include guarantees of access to raw materials, assurance of wages and compensation, scheme of rules and guidelines, etc. In this way, we can say that great administration includes both viable and productive ones. To be successful means to do the right thing i.e. to put square pillars in square openings and round bets in circular openings. Being efficient means doing assignments correctly, an essentially conceivable expense with the least amount of wastage of assets.
