This book review argues that, according to Rappaport, tea is unlike other “morality” products because it:

(i) was actively encouraged by interest groups in the government.
(ii) was marketed by a wide range of interest groups.
(iii) appealed to a universal group and not just to a niche section of people.
(iv) had an actual beneficial effect on social interaction and society in general.

(iv) had an actual beneficial effect on social interaction and society in general.

The author states in the last paragraph that "Tea is a success story... because the tea marketers were able to uplift the moral .... and advance the cause of the community". All other options are not connected to these lines of the route except option 4.Thus, Option 4 is the best option.
