The author begins by saying that "utopia and dystopia apparently share a lot in common .... in fact, they may be twins ...". He continued, "Yet we must not mistake this argument..." From this we can say that 1 is definitely wrong, and cannot be inferred. You can think of the proof of option 2. But the author mentions "More", who was the first author of a book on Utopia, and further mentions Tommaso who also wrote a book on Utopia. Along the way we have enough evidence to show that we have enough material in the literature that deals with the idea of utopia. 3 can be inferred from the last sentence of the second paragraph, and 4 can be inferred from the last sentence of the first paragraph.So Correct Answer is Option 1.
