How did Peggy justify her cruel behavior towards Wanda?
She was looking for excuses to justify her behavior towards Wanda. She said they couldn't do anything then because Wanda had already left. Giving excuses for his illogical demeanor, he pleaded that by asking Wanda about all of her outfits, he had urged her to get good ideas for his paintings. Even when Wanda dropped out of school, she excused her mistake by saying that she never let her cry.
